Dr. Mehock and Dr. Benedix and are truly the best! They are compassionate, caring, and always go above and beyond to help their patients. They take the time to really listen and make sure I feel heard and understood at every visit. Their staff is also wonderful, kind and attentive. Dr. Mehock is very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. She really does care about her patients. I appreciate it when I send an email through my portal she responds. Also, her staff is always pleasant and on point. She is a wonderful physician.

While I adore Dr Mehock and her help, the front desk woman “Kitty” was so disrespectful, condescending, and rude. I asked her why she works in a place that has their values listed when she doesn’t hold up to those. She said “can’t make everyone happy” in response to getting a text to check in for my appointment at 3 that she claimed was at 2 and just marked me as a no show. I have been seeing Dr. Mehock for probably 5-7 years, I can’t recall, it’s been that long! Don’t think twice about scheduling with her, she’s a great listener, she’s supportive, and she’s understanding. If you’re looking for someone who doesn’t just push prescriptions, for someone who investigates, and for someone who listens to all your crazy Dr. Google scenarios, she’s it. Raven, who’s been with her as long as I can remember, and all of her staff are super friendly and wonderful all the way around as well 🥰
