I can’t say enough good things about Courtney Burns. She is truly one of the most patient, kind, and knowledgeable doctors I’ve ever had. From the very first visit, she took the time to listen carefully and made me feel heard and understood. Her compassionate approach, combined with her deep medical expertise, has been instrumental in helping me restore both my physical and mental health. I trust her completely and always feel supported in her care. She goes above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful to have found her.
NP/DR Burns is always fantastic, always appearing attentive and questioning about medications and needs. I never feel rushed with her. She is always professional but "cordial and interested" relaxed. While I like my Primary Care Physician, I am very satisfied with having her act in a support role- she is easier to get an appointment with. I am very comfortable with her.
Courtney is great. She always takes time to sit and listen to what you have to say and seems to take your concerns seriously. She’s one of the few medical professionals I’ve come across who isn’t insulted when patients are knowledgeable about their own medical conditions. I 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a new PCP.
