Was recommended by one of the major law firms in town for a straightforward liability issue. One man show without staff - no receptionist, paralegal etc. Nice enough, but in the end the contrary of his profile on the one person law firm website - no immediate action, no evidence gathering, not even the most timid representation and subpar communication.
