If i could give him a negative it would be -10. He was rude quick to make an assumption he did not have any information about my case before he asked any information he told me to take what the defendant is offering because I wont get what I’m requesting as a payout. He is not there to help Black people he was negative for heard time he heard my voice he should be reprimanded or even disbarred because he doesn’t have our best interest at heart. Mr. Courtney was rude and wouldn't take the time to listen when I'm telling him the EEOC wouldn't be sending me a "Right to Sue". The Investigator who called me from EEOC halted my claim then closed it at the Online Inquiry. It NEVER went to a Formal Claim. No worries though. It will be reopened and I've since decided to go a different direction!
