Courtney, was very thorough and took the time to listen to my concerns. She is very easy to talk to and has excellent bedside maner!!
I am so fortunate to have found Courtney as my new provider. I’m not an easy patient and can push back on a lot of things when I feel like they weren’t thought through. However, Courtney takes the time to explain her rationale, shows tremendous amount of empathy and actually listens to what I have to say. Thank you for all you do! P.s Her nurse Ginger was amazing too. I get a bit of white coat syndrome and she made me feel right at home and comfortable.

Very friendly people at every Novant facility!! Dr. Keatts and the nurse Ginger at northwest family medicine is the best ever. Would not ever change doctors and highly recommended that office to everyone!
