Marsha White AGNP at Northwest Family Care in Oak Ridge NC is amazing. She listens to you and works with you on your health care needs. I never feel rushed. I actually enjoy going for my annual physical.
The only negative I have to say would be the staff out front ,the first desk just pointed me to the next desk over.Not verbal just a point.When I got to the second desk ( remember this is my first time there) she wasn't sure what i was to do with my records I brought with me.Therefore , I walk around with a large packet of my records the whole time.
Exceptional service. Took the time to listen and made sure I had a solid understanding. Gave options and followed through.
First visit. Excellent experience. Coming from someone with anxiety issues and a little white coat syndrome. I was very pleased and look forward to continuing to see Courtney and the staff.
Great appointments every time I go.
