The property manager named HAILEY MARTIN is beyond unprofessional, rude, and racist. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Southern Breeze LLC. Declined an emotional support animal and she goes against your rights as a renter. She talks to you as if you are a child with her horrible phone manners, had me sign an entire lease and then her and her manager declined us and blocked us over a simple request with documentation provided. The rent is reasonable, maintenance is done promptly, and it is fully equipped with appliances! Great starter apartment!
Decent small and clean apartment complex with great rental rates. A little older but definitely a good value.
From what I saw of them, they are taken care of and look really nice
Place is full of bed bugs when I went to visit a friend over night and black mold I can see and smell
