If you’re planning on moving here let me just give you the facts. (1) the location, I get to restaurant, publix, aldis, Lowe’s, Walmart in less than 10 mins (2) the price is great and maintenance always comes into fix all my issues in a timely manner (3) the best of all these in my opinion is the property manager, I have lived in many apartments throughout the year but have never felt so welcomed, heard, and seen. Kim is very rude was in the office last week she has a nasty attitude and doesn’t kno how to talk to people wouldn’t recommend also she not very helpful.
Horrible experience moving out of this place, manager Kim suggested to that I could move out a month early and she would update my lease date to backdate rent, so I moved out a month before my lease. Fast forward a month and she has charged me for a full months rent despite this being HER suggestion, and straight up called me a liar and said the conversation never occurred. The property manager Kim was amazing to work with. You can tell she really cares about making the property a safe and beautiful place to live. Was just enough room for me and my dog, and we felt safe walking around the property at any time of the day/night. Maintenance responded within 24 hours of any request or issue I had. I only left because I had to move back home, but if given the opportunity to return I gladly will.
