New review because like many others I have not received my security deposit or an itemized receipt for why I would not get any of it back. I moved out nearly a year ago in October, I tried calling and left voicemails but eventually gave up. It is a shame too because I really enjoyed my time there, staff was helpful and maintenance was efficient. I only visited this complex when I was searching for a rental. The location is excellent, near the University of Florida and the Butler plaza, and for the ones that need to take the bus, there is a bus stop very close. They had made some cosmetic changes to the unit that I saw, in the kitchen and also added vinyl floor. The main negative for me was that they did not have washer and dryer in the unit, and I don't like to use community laundry rooms, and the price seemed too high for a small unit without washer and dryer.
