Courtney was very pleasant and professional. She came across as very competent.
Minimal wait time and then Courtney was very friendly and professional. She listened carefully to my concerns and was thorough in her explanation of what the issue might be. She alleviated my concerns and we wrapped up quickly. This was my first experience using tele-health and it was GREAT! From initiating the request to being all done, it took less time than it would have taken me to drive down to Urgent care and I was able to do it all from the comfort of my own home. Five star experience all the way!
