In May of last year I had a routine physical at this office with what should have been routine bloodwork. Nine months later that bill has not been paid because Dr Courtney’s office has become incompetent about what are preventative codes and what are diagnostic codes. This office has made it impossible to get this bill corrected so I’m not paying out of pocket for a routine physical. Incompetency and calling me back to work through this gives them a 1 rating in my book. Not a helpful office!

We've been working with Dr. Courtney for over 18 years now, and couldn't imagine having another internist. He's kind and non-judgemental (a theme I'm seeing in other reviews), but more importantly he takes the time to talk with you - you're not a 90 second consultation after which he whisks off to the next patient.
