I’ve been living here for 7 years and it have been amazing. The people that works here is incredible, the facilities are great and super secured. God bless this place!

En mi experiencia personal, recomiendo que los residentes estén presentes durante el chequeo de entrega del apartamento y documenten todo con fotos y videos. En mi caso, hubo problemas de mantenimiento relacionados con la unidad de aire acondicionado y filtraciones de agua en el baño que afectaron paredes y alfombras. Estas situaciones no fueron causadas por mí, sin embargo, al momento de mudarme se me cobraron como si fueran daños del residente. Can you please tell one of your maintenance The one with the blue Mustang stop driving like a maniac
Stay away!!!! Expensive rent, full of roaches when I tell you full of roaches I mean it. They offer pest control the guy comes and sprays 3 times and that's it. Mold accumulates so fast all over the windows and the bathroom. Parking sucks they rent to one person and 5 more move in. The pool is always packed with parties after the office closes. This is supposed to be a quiet place its not. Clearly they rent to just anyone. Also make sure to give 60 days notice which is ridiculous or they will charge you one months rent. Let ... read more
