I will try to be as unbiased as possible since I have lived here for about 2 years, but this has been my honest experience with this complex: The good, maintenance is generally quick and the location is convenient, office staff is nice. Those are the only bright spots. The Bad: Security: My vehicle was broken into twice, including a smashed window. My husband and I have lived here for going on four years. Any maintenance issues are quickly resolved, concerns are taken seriously by the leasing office, and while yes, there can be a bug or two, we opt for regular pest control to keep them away. It’s an apartment complex lol, you’re going to run into them no matter how clean you are. It happens. I love the recently updated pool area and love walking around our community. Was so disappointed our apartment looked so beautiful until we started getting roaches everywhere and little ants didn't matter how often we cleanee or have pest control the roaches were so out of control. Had to have a nest inside the apartment. Good luck with moving in there. Yet management did nothing about it. Sure place was bombed 1 time but that was worthless we had to throw away Alot. This place cost us so much money at the end. We had no to choice to leave again was very disappointed. But we love our new apartment
