Courtney and Alicia, her nurse, are AMAZING. It has been a very long time since I've been really comfortable with going to the Doctor's office and Courtney and Alicia ARE the reason I am finally ok with it. They treat me like family and show genuine concern for any issues I'm having. They're both comforting if I am worried about something and are excellent at staying in touch via the portal for any follow up needed. The front desk staff have always been wonderful too. Courtney and her nurse were kind and professional. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the front desk staff. Apparently they didn’t document my insurance information correctly at my first visit and the day before my apt called me and were unable to leave a voicemail so they emailed me at 10am and I responded by 11am as soon as I saw the email. However they called my emergency contact who happens to be my mother who is 79, left a vm stating who they were and that she was listed as my emergency contact. This scared my mo... read more

Doc Casey and the ENTIRE staff is AMAZING! The staff took their time to inform me about all that is offered and then some. Doc Casey took extra time with me to review my medical history and update what has been going on. I did NOT feel like I was at some "doc-n-box" I felt like I had been with this staff for years. After not having insurance for 3yrs and moving....I finally have a place to call home with this GREAT team. Katie
