Courtney has been great to work with. We had a very lovely and unique property (a condo in KCK that had been converted from an old elementary school). It was on the third floor with no elevator and in a safe but not the most manicured location. We knew it would take a non traditional type of buyer. He believed in the property and stuck with us to first get it rented and then eventually sold. He was always positive and quick to answer any questions or requests we had.
