Update: Almost 1 yr later and I'm booking her for a new symptom. She solved my last issue in 1 visit and didn't make me return for unnecessary and costly "check-ups" as other dermatologists have. Update: So even though I ended up missing my appointment by an hour, she was still able to see me that afternoon and was very kind and apologetic for the confusion. Dr. Guerrieri was very thorough with her exam. She took time to ask detailed questions and provided a thorough explanation of the procedure. Her office staff was friendly and efficient.
Dr. Guerrieri is the most thorough dermatologist I have ever had, and I have been seeing a dermatologist since I was 20. I am now 70. I agree that her staff needs to be more professional and I have seen a change for the better at my last few visits. I recommend Dr. Guerrieri to my friends and they think she is awesome as well!
I never made it past the rude receptionists. When I made my original appointment for a Tuesday at 3:30, I had no issues. My appointment was canceled due to a family emergency and when I attempted to reschedule the snooty receptionist told me that I could not make an appointment with Dr. Guerreri past 3pm because I was a new patient. I explained to here that I do not get out of work until 2:50, because I am a teacher, and there is no way that I can make it up to North Wilmington from Stanton before 3:30 without being late.
