Can you talk to the people in unit 301. Once again there is dog poop in front of our patio from his dogs, not to mention all over the common area. This has been going on for years and you guys haven't put an end to it. The law states that you are to pick it up after the do their business. Please handle this immediately before kids step in it.i have photos if needed.
You said you were going to stop this 4 month ago. 301 has parking spots #77 and #80 , yet here they are ,both cars in visitors parking. Since we only have like 6 spots for visitors, this is extremely rude and inconsiderate on their part. Almost every day you look, one or the other and sometimes both like today, are parked there.
