I had a great experience at Courtice Optical. The staff are very friendly, efficient, and professional. I got eye exams and glasses for my whole family, and everything was perfect from start to finish. They took the time to help us and made the process easy and comfortable.
Just had both my grandson in to get an eye examine. Staff were both amazing. They took their time and found the right pair of glasses for him. They were very helpful when submitting bill to insurance company. Great job and I will see you in 2 years!!!
Great service, Very friendly and helpful… I went in searching for frames for my broken sunglasses and the gentleman who helped me found exactly what I needed in just a few minutes…my glasses were ready for pickup in just a couple of days and the price was great for designer frames. Vaseema is the best. She has gone above and beyond for me to help me with my glasses. I was back 3 times till my prescription worked for me. Highly highly recommend this place. Especially Vaseema, she really does look after her clients. I do believe out of this, we’ve become friends. I would give her 10 if possible.
First time I have been at this business and was very impressed with Ajaz. I bought new glasses and sunglasses. I had an issue with the eyeglass frames and he was quick to offer a replacement. I found the selection and prices very good. I would highly recommend this business.
