Dropped in to see if I could get my glasses repaired and received exceptional service. Thank you so much!
They don't not know what is light weight means. In spite of showing the light weight sample which we had what we received was almost double in the weight. When I pointed out my comment was simply ignored. Owner is thinking that I must use my legal name for Google review profile. I still gets letter from you reminding to buy new glasses. Me and my husband bought $1400 glasses hardly being used.
Great customer service! I went in to get my sunglasses fixed, and the young gentleman who helped me fixed them for free. He was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Really appreciate the excellent service. Highly recommended!
Yaseen was very helpful. He took care of the case very professionally!! Recommended!
