I was looking for a furnished apartment while attending BOLC, and I am very happy I chose Courthouse View. This complex is always clean and quiet. Parking was always available and the lots were well lit. Joyce is a very accommodating manager, and any issues were solved immediately. I loved my little one bedroom apartment!!! I signed a 1 year lease, and then renewed for a second year. I would still be there if not for moving out of the area for work. Disregard the negative comments you see about Joyce. She is a great apartment manager and will take good care of you. Notice how the negative comments are from people who did not even live there. Joyce is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to inquire about an apartment. “ This is Joyce, No we do not have any 2bedrooms available and I’m on my way to a meeting , bye”
