Terrible. There are mice everywhere. Everyone I talked to that also stayed here had mice as well. Staff was rude and not helpful. Very thin walls you can hear all of your roommates AND neighbors (literally entire conversations word for word). They never notify you of work being done in the complex so be prepared to be woken up to loud machinery right outside of your window often.
