BEEN HERE 3 YEARS STILL BAD MANAGEMENT! If I could give this place a Zero out of Five Stars I would . Absolutely no worker in management will care about you , inhumane treatment as if we don't all pay too dollar to live here . Towing cars out of their own parking lot ( no parking passes) because of the lack of urgency they have for their residents . I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment! The place is not only safe and clean, but the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Everyone working here goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and taken care of. The overall atmosphere is positive, and I can honestly say it’s a great place to call home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained living space!
From the moment I toured the property I knew this would be the perfect place for me as it feels luxurious for Worcester. You can’t beat the amenities, ease of paying rent and making maintenance requests online to living in a secure and safe place you can come home to after a long day at work. Especially in this weather, my favorite feature has been the gym downstairs! Thank you to the staff for always being so welcoming and going above and beyond!
I moved in around 4 months ago and I've had a great experience so far. I was moving from Pennsylvania and Jennifer helped me with my move-in process. She was extremely helpful and made the entire process go smoothly. The apartment building itself is clean and peaceful with nice amenities. The maintenance team is also wonderful and they have been super efficient with my requests. Thank you to the team at Courthouse Lofts!
