Our family have been residents of Courthouse Green for 12 years and have found our experience a positive one. We love the staff and the rent is reasonable. The staff are always very considerate with all of my health issues and always greet me with well-wishes and smiles. While each family/residence has their own experiences, mine have been favorable. Thanks for being fabulous Barbara, Sarah and Summer, you all make me smile.
These people are very rude and unprofessional. The housing is gross. Ive had neighbors fighting, loud music, cars have been egged. Mice, spider crickets, ants. Its disgusting. The scam. They lie. My lease is supposed to be up July 10th but friday they said we didn't give them a 60 day notice. So our rent would go up $200. They said they had been emailing me but I changed my email address.
