This place needs to be shut down & all apartments need to be redone... Its sad that its for low income but they treat them like dirt. From the black mold Rent going up every month even after you have signed a lease for a year your rent still goes up. They care nothing about the families& their children ..and just try to get a hold of someone to complain we'll good luck there... My grandchildren are there and I know they are getting sick from something in them apartments... And not only that way to much drug traffic and no ma... read more

The photos I have posted with this review are from a woman on Facebook who has dealt with this disaster of an apartment complex. Just look at the state of this place. There's a good chance since this is gaining traction they will do something about it, but it's pretty sick that it takes THIS MUCH to get management to take care of such a serious issue.

I had seen a listing somewhere that there was availability on the complex, so naturally I call! I spoke with someone named Cindy and man was she awfully rude. Before I could even finish my sentence I was cut off by her saying nothing is available and they have a 4-6 month wait. This wouldn't have been in a problem I'm absolutely in no rush, but she didn't even give me a chance to speak. Personally, I won't ever comply to deal with management like her.

This place does not care about the quality of their buildings or the safety of their paying tenants.
