We have been servicing our SUV at Courtesy Volvo since we have moved to the area a couple of years ago. During a recent major warranty repair their responsiveness, loaner car and first time repair quality have been excellent.
I recently had a very concerning experience when picking up my vehicle after repairs. I had several legitimate questions about the work done, but the service writer, Jud, was unable to provide clear explanations, simply stating that parts were bad without further detail. What made the situation worse was that Jud seemed to become annoyed with my questions, even though I was just trying to understand the repairs I had paid for.
