Courtesy Volvo SERVICE always did their best to service the problematic S90 I purchased from Volvo of Tucson. Jud and Terry listened to my disappointing and manic narrative time after time. The vehicle problem was never resolved, reprogramming was always a temporary fix that occurred 5 times. Thank you for your help, listening and even a tissue on the last visit.
This was my first visit to Courtesy Volvo and it was pleasure working with Judd White. Service was exceptional. I look forward to working with him and Courtesy in the future.
One of my easiest dealing with buying a vehicle in quite sometime. Still had to wait there for hours. Sales person was awsome! They made deal with me that I couldn’t pass up. Getting out of this establishment onto Indian School Road is awful. And it’s a one way.
