I have an older Volvo (1990 245). I called because it needs a bit of work to pass the emissions test. Probably a timing belt, crank pulley or crank position sensor. The service phone number went to a "press 1 for service," and that person who answered put me on hold after telling me that they would have to talk to the service person. Worst service ever! Was quoted one price when car was dropped off that service manager would not honor, so it was an extra $400 for nuts and bolts. Not to mention they tried to add all kinds of other things not needed. So I guess saying no to those other services cost me an additional $400 for nuts and bolts they conveniently forgot in the estimate . I say BE WARE when taking your car here.
If you are in the market for a car, Chico Courtesy should be the very top of your list. I have never had a better experience at a dealership. Great customer service, super easy transaction, amazingly quick follow up.
