In my dealings with this dealership, they were nice. unfortunately, they were not impeccable in their dealings. Overall, I was disapointed.
Sam was very professional and provided an excellent service.All my queries were addressed properly. Nice,clean ans well kept facility as well.
I have an older Volvo (1990 245). I called because it needs a bit of work to pass the emissions test. Probably a timing belt, crank pulley or crank position sensor. The service phone number went to a "press 1 for service," and that person who answered put me on hold after telling me that they would have to talk to the service person.
