Nothing but amazing things to say about the team at courtesy in Broussard! Barry and his team helped me with two amazing vehicle purchases in the last month. One being a trade in for myself and the other being my sons very first car, as nerve-wracking as that can be for a mom these guys made this so easy and pain free! Barry and his team have a lifelong customer with me. I cant thank them enough! These were seriously the easiest and least stressful car purchases I've ever made!!!
SHOPPER/BUYER BEWARE. This dealership had a vehicle I was interested in on their lot. I compared the same make, model, trim, etc. of vehicles within a 500 mile radius. This dealership was asking for 8k more for the same vehicle. I tried negotiating and even provided the salesman (no gripe with him he did the best he could I suppose) with the comparable numbers. I had such a good experience with Courtesy. They made buying my new car so easy! I have never bought a vehicle without stepping foot on the lot but Darnel, Marcus and everyone at Courtesy made it so easy. Calls, emails and texts they kept me updated on every step. They even delivered the vehicle right to my driveway and I live 3 hours away! A wonderful experience.
Mr.Kevin The Service Manger Is Very Rude , He Got Smart With Me On The Phone & He Hung Up In My Face & Was Very Rude To Me & The Person That Went To Pick Up My Vehicle, He Even Said In Front Of Me That Another Team Member That Works On The Sales Side That His Breath Stinks , Very Unprofessional Which He Didn’t Seem That Way On First But I Was Fooled , He Has Bad Communication Skills & Says He Makes Money Off Of Insurance Claims But Can’t Pay Attention To Details If I Could Give No Stars I Would
