Kate was AMAZING to work with! She’s kind, patient, and respectful. She got me a GREAT deal for the car I wanted, ‘25 Toyota Rav4 XLE Hybrid. I definitely recommend going to Courtesy Brandon Toyota and scheduling with Kate! The rest of staff are awesome as well, Julien the sales manager, Chris in finance and Buddy in detailing! 10/10 experience!

I have been a customer for the past 14 years. Service department has went downhill. The wait times are ridiculous for an oil change and tire rotation. They also were recommending duplicate services not needed. Told me I needed new brake pads front and back $313 each. I will be going elsewhere for the brakes because with all the bad reviews I don't trust them to do the job correctly. I bought my car brand new from them and all service has been completed by Courtesy. Service get it together.
