"I wanted to write a quick note to once again say thank you for your fabulous customer service, After the backup problems in the bathtubs, unbeknownst to us you came back out and camera-snaked all the way out (about 140 feet) to under the street and found roots growing in old terracotta clay pipe. You then called me with your findings, which I reported to the City.
