Was traveling through and afraid out of tower would get run around Call about fuel pump issue. Got service same day. Turned out not to a problem at all. No charge. Wow! Great customer service
Garrett is a freaking saint. He came out on one of the busiest weekends of the year to make sure our generator (Cummins Onan P4500i) was working for the Reggae Rise Up festival. He came to our house and was able to service and get it running. The rate was very fair! When I tried to start it at the festival and it didn’t turn over (due to the same gunked up carb) he came out and went through the stress of navigating the fairgrounds to meet up with us. Amazing service 10/10 would recommend! Helped with my onan microquiet 4k carb issues very knowledgeable and helpful
Generator kept overheating. Air intake clean. Coolant full. Courtesy gave me over the phone advice regarding my specific model and era that air bubbles sometimes form in the coolant line. Told me how to bleed it out. I was suspect. He was dead on correct. Problem fixed.
