Garrett has helped us out twice when our generator has had, well, issues. Both times he arrived on time and quickly either fixed the problem or, in the second case, helped me discover that the real problem was the air conditioner and not the generator.
I live off-grid about an hour from Bend and Redmond, and Garrett has been awesome about coming out to service my generator. Recently, he spent all day (13 hours from 9 AM to 10 PM) working to complete a major repair on it that required a complete tear down to replace the seal between the engine and stator. Highly recommend. Our Onan generator stopped working during a 100 degree heat wave and Garrett was super flexible with availability, got us in right away, and had our generator up and running the same day. He communicated potential issues and fixes right away after doing an inspection and very friendly the whole time. You can tell they are very familiar with generators and know what they are doing.
