KARIN IN PARTS IS THE BEST! SHE IS AMAZING. SHE DESERVES A RAISE AND THEN SOME. SHE IS ALWAYS SO NICE AND HELPFUL, MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE APART OF HER FAMILY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GREAT ANYMORE, BUT SHE IS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE. I DO HOPE THAT SHE IS RECOGNIZED AND AWARDED.
