We had a great experience at the Nissan dealership, especially thanks to Jacky. She was extremely attentive, diligent, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Jacky showed us several car options that fit our budget and truly went above and beyond to help make our financing work, ensuring the monthly payments were aligned with what we could afford. I had a mecanicle issue where is had to pay 3 thousand for a repair, after they said they fixed it 3 days later engine overheated so I had to take days off, have it towed bc the mecha ice scott rupert said the mechanics did not tighten a hose but I was promised a free oil change but I ended up getting g a new vehicle 4 months later and they wld not honor the promiss of a free oil change since new car was not nissan even tho they said they mistake was theirs.
