I have lived in this park for 2 decades and can honestly say I have seen it all. It has had it's rough patches throughout the years, but then again what community in St. Pete or honestly Pinellas County as a whole hasn't? The new owners are doing a magnificent job fixing up the park. The neighbors are quiet, clean, and respectful. What more can you ask for in a low income area? I love it here and am grateful the owners are fixing it up while maintaining a low lot rent unlike most of the greed driven landlords in this county!
Firstly, the community here is so welcoming and remind me of family. Haven't met a single bad person since living here - and I've lived here for 5 years. They've remodeled and built many new trailers all across each layer of land that fit both quality and comfort. As an added bonus, there are very friendly sweet and cute neighborhood kitties who roam about. This is an inexpensive friendly family park. It has new owners that really seem to CARE and are making constant improvements to the park. If you're looking for an inexpensive place to buy a home to fix up, this is it!!! I honestly couldn't be happier with my neighbors. One works a lot but is super nice and the other is an elderly couple that have cooked for me when I was sick. We all look out for each other here and it had a real sense of community.
