they get broke into ALL the time my storage unit got hit twice and NO cameras. They were calling me before my month was up asking me to unlock my unit so they could utilize it cause I got my stuff out and since I paid for my month I was using my month up but they didn’t like that. My daughters baby items were stolen along with furniture and a ton of tools but again NO camera and no “sorry this happened” just “even though you paid a full month and got your stuff out, I need you to come unlock it so I can rent it out”

I'm so sorry you had such a bad experience, I just acquired the facility and making a lot of improvements , we have added night security lights, new camera systems , working on new gate system that should be in soon, more management training. please come by check us out , I'm sure you will be pleased with the changes. we will have climate control spaces coming soon in new improved facility. please let us know what we can do to make things better for you.
