Had a great experience with the service department at this dealership. Actually was able to speak with the mechanical work on my car quite openly to discuss amount of work that went into the repairs. Also pointed out some other items for consideration in due time. Thanks to all for a good experience.
Came into Courtesy Mazda because the first dealership I went to said there were no cx3s in the state... something that a Google search easily disproved. Texted Aspen Saturday night and came on Monday. Everyone was extremely nice, attentive, and gave me a fair deal.
Aspen went out of her way to make this purchase super easy. She picked up the car, had it prepped for us when we got there, and we were in-and-out in less than an hour. Normally, I HATE buying cars. Aspen made this one... almost fun
