I appreciated the service from Courtesy Lincoln - the oil was changed, tires rotated, inspected… it was washed and vacuumed. And the best part? They delivered it back to me, which was amazing! I was so grateful.
Never answers phone calls, online appointment does not work, impossible to schedule service and recalls
Place is a joke. The service department never answers their phone. If you leave a message they won’t call back. You use their text option they won’t respond. Then if your car has an issue and is noticeable they won’t fix it cuz they don’t know how and if their no light they don’t no what to do. Save your time and money and go to Gresham or north side ford.
Louise was my service manager. He was awesome. Did everything I asked plus save me some money took real good care of me at this Ford dealership. I’ll be coming back from yours to come. Thank you so much. My new tires look great.
