Service was a quick and easy. Staff were caring and friendly.

Just like them all. they will do what ever they can to sell you the car and after its sold the customer service is crap. they are ok to buy a car from them as long as you expect the crap service after you sign. They will try and charge you for tint that is not on the car so make sure you have tint and not privacy glass. The only good thing about this place is I was able to pay $30,000 on my cc.
They were so quick to diagnose and fix my car! They said 24 to 48 hours to diagnose and I was able to pick it up the next day! Jeremy was amazing! Thank you, Jeremy!
Donovan was very professional and helpful. Max in parts took the time to research my part and explain what was going on. I have a brand new kia Sportage bought from Horne kia and Horne kia failed to help me when my car went in three times for same issue. Long story short took my car to courtesy Kia and it was night and day difference in customer service. Horne kia is incompetent and I will not let them service my car again. Please take your kias to courtesy Kia.
