This has been one of the worst Jeep dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. There’s zero communication, and the sales guy, Chance, is even worse—promises updates and never follows through. Every time I call in for information, the employees are rude, and the sales managers are a joke to deal with. They wonder why people don’t use them… It’s sad, because I’ve bought a couple of different trucks from the Dodge side with no issues, but I will never be using this dealership again. What a joke.
