They were very professional, the Service Writer, Matthew was very helpful. We will bring the Jeep back when the problem can be replicated. The issue was not one that would replicate. The technicians tried for two days and everything worked. So we will bring it back once the problem can be found
I took my Jeep to the dealership for an oil change.Everything went fine.Kaitlyn showed me a picture of my cabin filter.yep fine go ahead and put a new one in.She said take closer look??? It had mouse droppings in it.She suggested a product .I call that great sevice.
Service was great, Kaitlyn was friendly and professional - She answered all my questions and arranged for my transportation. I felt very well cared for. I appreciate the follow up call from Carol. She was also friendly and professional. It was a pleasure working with them.
