Taking care of our vehicles should be a priority to responsible drivers. Vehicle manufacturers should design vehicles to lower these expenses. The periodic transmission oil and filter change on a Jeep Wrangler is out of expected expenses a customer should expect. The dealer barely discounted the transmission oil and filter change. I will remember this experience when I purchase our next vehicle. Jeeps are expensive to maintain. Customer beware! Dealer should offer a package maintenance plan to help reduce these expenses.
When to Courtesy Jeep to inquire service work. They told me they only do oil changes & sent me to Dodge to see Matt and the guys ~checked in with Matt. Matt was amazing. Gave me an estimate to fix our 2022 Jeep -picked it up & went to pay the bill, bill was $200 less than he estimated. We will recommend Matt to everybody out in Gold Canyon. Matt’s communication & customer service was great & very professional. Thanks!
I use this service location for my leased jeep and have always had a good experience. Fairly quick drop offs and friendly staff. I appreciate the text communication while my vehicle is being worked on too. 10/10 recommend for servicing
