Rock and Theresa saved the day today! In the sweltering 102 degree heat, they came out for an emergency call on a Sunday, and had my unit repaired in 10 minutes. Cost was reasonable and the service was impeccable. Thank you!
BUYER BEWARE!!! I called Courtesy to take a look at my propane furnace at St Mary's Glacier. Rock took a look at it and said you have a bad circuit board, motor and the gas line is bad (how does a propane gas line go bad, I would have smelled propane?) He said you're looking at $3000 to $4000 to fix it. He said "I won't fix it because it won't last you the winter." He gave me a quote on a new furnace of $12,000. If i could give 10 stars i would! Our furnace died on a cold Saturday night. I called at 7:30 at night and got an answer from Theresa. She did some diagnosis over the phone with me and it was an intermittent problem so thankfully we got it running again and we didnt freeze all night! They came by the next morning and found and fixed the issue very quickly and were very affordable.
