I’ve scheduled twice the Genesis valet service and each time cleared my schedule for the day just in case of any hiccups. Fortunately the service didn’t take long at all because THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. What a waste of time. At my job 2 no call no shows would result in my termination. 3rd time is hopefully the charm… I’ve called in 10 times to try and confirm the appointment beforehand with no response.
