I called Courtesy Gas Co. about locating some gas lines in a customers back yard. They told me and my husband in 2 different phone calls that they would be out to mark the lines. They did not show up . when called the next day to find out why they said that we were told to dig lightly that they never said they were coming out. Not true at all. Very disappointed. if they didnt want to come out they should have told us that. I could have called another company. But now our job is delayed .
RecommendedWe bought a gas stove and another company gave us bad information on installing. I talked to Courtesy, they came out the next day to give us a quote, and had everything done correctly and professionally in the time promised. We couldn't be happier with their service, and very highly recommend them!
