*Updated* They didnt put the part on as i thought and even admitted it was setting in their shop floor, but acted like it had been done. Until i went in this morning and they told me that it didnt get put on because it would have costed more? Even though they charge me for tge part and labor and even listed it on the invoice! ZERO SHOULD BE A OPTION ON GOOGLE REVIEWS! Because they deserve it ir even NEGATIVE!! We will see how Courtesy Ford Service handles my BBB complaint, I wished I could give the man at the parts desk who was helpful and let me know that the part number on my invoice was for a whole assembly which I was told but all they did was adjusted the fuel tank and add a $20 hose. Luckily I have bodycam footage from when filing the police report!
Josh Folsom and his crew at Courtesy are the only people we will do business with moving forward and we will send any business we can their way. After a transmission going out on our vehicle, no one offered a trade in. Josh gave a trade in and paid for the tow to the dealership.
