Can comfortably recc these guys as a solo female shopper, w the OR and Fed EV vouchers in hand. Went to A LOT of dealerships. Most either had no idea how to use the vouchers or just plain weren’t shy about letting me know they didn’t wanna deal with it. Or were just douchebags. Not the case here thankfully. I worked with Scott to get my Ford Maverick hybrid. He made the process completely painless. He even went out of the way to drive the vehicle to me and pick up the trade in. They didn't try to force any kind of special insurance or packages on me and offered a fair APR through their financing. It was a really good experience for me.
This was one of the better experiences I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. I worked with Scott in the Internet department, explained to him what I wanted, he located the vehicle almost immediately, I had gone through the Costco car buying program so the price was already negotiated. He also managed to find me a $750 rebate. When we arrive to pick up the vehicle everything was ready. The finance department was terrific and efficient. The entire transaction took about two hours.
Scott was genuine, accommodating, and prompt with service. We enjoyed our experience.
Zach and Hunter did a great job getting me into the truck I wanted. Highly recommend them.
