Here's what happened... I stopped by parts to order a spare key and key fob. They told me two days since they had the part at another store. I set a date for an oil change, cut new key and program fob appointment on Monday, September 15, 2025. My wife took the truck there and waited patiently for two hours. She finally went to the service desk to ask when the truck would be ready. They informed her that they had cut a key, but the key fob that had been ordered didn't work so they would have to order a new one. (It would take... read more

Found a raptor that we were interested in 4 minutes before closing. Raul worked with us for almost 2 hours after closing time. They even arranged to have he vehicle delivered to our home 4 hours away. Excellent service and very laid back easy purchase. Will be returning for next vehicle.
Amazing experience. The last dealership experience I had burned me pretty bad and left me with little faith in dealerships.
