What happened to friendly, smiling, polite customer service? I feel more places than not (becoming much more common) the employees are just straight out snarky and rude for no reason. It’s weird! 🫣🤪 Upon arrival for an oil change I went to ask one of the guys (who is a salesman mind you) to give me the guest WiFi password.
