I had a super positive experience at Courtesy Ford Collision here in Portland this week. We got off to a slow start on a recall issue, two weeks passing before I got a single reply. I returned Friday insistent we had to fix it regardless of whether it was a warranty issue or not. The store manager promptly got the vehicle in, fixed it the same afternoon, didn’t charge us anything. This is what customer service (and loyalty) looks like. Excellent work.
I bought my brand new 2023 For Escape through Courtesy Ford. On May 23rd, someone ran a stop sign and hit my new car. That person was driving a rental car and after about a week or two, I was able to get the rental companies insurance to pay for my repairs. It took for 6 weeks repair my vehicle but it definitely wasn't their fault. The insurance company was trying to negotiate the rate of labor and refused to pay the asking rate.
