A torsion spring on my garage door broke. I called Courtesy Door on a Thursday and they were there on Friday morning! The work was done quickly and tested several times before they left. Garage door got jammed down on a rake handle that had slid over into the track. The door would not go up or down and I was on my way to work. My dogs stay inside the enclosed garage. It was an OH Crap morning. The company I used to have this installed was out of town on vacation and they recommended Courtesy Door. That afternoon a very pleasant and professional repair arrived and fixed the door. And, I just received the bill which I found very reasonable. Would recommend this professional and speedy repairman to everyone.
