Made an appointment over the jeep app to get service for a rattling sound coming from our new 2022 Jeep GCL. Showed up for the appointment on time. Customer service agent said that it will take a couple of days to fix but sorry we have no rentals for you to use. Even though when we bought this Jeep they said we would get rentals when we had to leave the car there. They didn't mention this when we made the appointment. What am I supposed to do with no car!
