Thank you to Brent in Service for helping my daughter today!!! What a nice man. My daughter goes to school in the Quad Cities which is 3 hours away from home for her. Her 2006 Kia Sorento had what she thought to be a major problem. I called in the morning to their service dept and spoke with Brent. He was very courteous and helpful. Follow-up to Service on my daughters car....Success so far - she picked it up and they fixed what they said they would and made sure it was safe to be on the road. They were very polite and helpful. Recommended things that need to be done to maintain the car. Most of which I figured needed to be done with the amount of miles on the car. Never tried to up sell me. I have owned my 2010 Maxima purchased from Courtesy three years ago. Always quick service and the car has had no mechanical issues. However, recently I lost my car keys "inside" the car. Due to the electronic start I knew it was somewhere inside under a seat. However, it drove me nuts not finding the keys after three days of futzing.
