Recently purchased a used vehicle from Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The salesman Dmytro was awesome however when the assistant manager stepped in everything changed, his name is AK! Nothing but lies start to finish. He thinks he can dance around customers with numbers and there not going to notice. Careful! He likes to add additional cost right to the very last minute. This place will scam and waste your time I sent my brother here because my dealer Tej was amazing but something has changed in this dealership and now they scam you and waste your time and money my brother bought his first brand new car here and they made him pay absolute top dollar for his vehicle and with little to no benefit out of it and the mechanics that worked on his vehicle told him to come in for 7 am told him they would call him and Uber and that it should only take 2 hours then magically the Uber didn't show up tw... read more
I had a very disappointing experience at Courtesy Chrysler. I visited the dealership to look at a vehicle I was interested in purchasing and asked to take it for a test drive. After providing my driver’s licence, I was asked what my budget was, which I shared.
