This review is really more because of the lack of knowledge I was advised when purchasing a part from here . Had an issue that was covered under warranty and it took several attempts and research on my own to prove it and get my car fixed on Dec 4 2024. I left the lot after it was "fixed" and immediately called Brad to let him know my auto stop was not working. He said to give it a few days. Feb 21 2025 after not being able to get a hold of him, I called the service dept and they said he still works there. I brought my vehicle in for electrical issues and was greeted by Brad. He was very kind and helpful and my vehicle was completed less time than was expected. I’m very satisfied with my service.

I was without the car for about a week but Chelsea kept me informed of the car's status so I was able to plan accordingly.
