took my corvette in for a convertible issue. completely destroyed my vehicle. scratched, oil stained on white seats, broken / damaged interior parts, lid that opens up making loud noise, top of hood scratches, and convertible still not working properly

First I scheduled service appt. then they told me diagnostic test will take at least three days so I dropped off my 2018 chevy tahoe with 109677 miles on it on Apr 6, 2026 at 8:30 am. the main issue is low speed vibration starts at 30 mph to 65 mph. So I requested to change the automatic transmission fluid , the rear differential fluid, and all the drivebelts. then i received a txt from Robert Swaford - service advisor that they figured out the cause for the vibration. they highly recommend to change the two engine mounts- p... read more
