I got informed that my car is ready for pickup. I found out that the screw was missing on the driver’s seat and it was loose. The part fell out from under the driver’s seat and I don’t know what it is. The mirror was flipped up. And dust is all over the seat and under the driver. What did you do, Noah? You need to be more careful about what you and your team do. I will have to fix my own and never return.

I did everything possible to fix my engine problem myself, Engine scanner, recommended parts and even a smoke machine. I'm definitely not a mechanic. I spoke with Noah at Courtesy Chevy and took my car in. He got back to me quickly with a list of "Must Fix" and items recommended. The work was done in short time and Noah communicated with me thru text and phone to alert me to the status of the repair. This service advisor and Courtesy Chevrolet definitely get all my service work. PeterM

I called Courtesy Chevrolet because a message kept popping up "Service Brake Assist". I read the vehicle's book and cleaned the sensors to see if that would fix the issue. It didn't , so I booked an appt with the service dept. I dropped off my car and two days later, it was fixed. Brad, my service mgr was great. Gave me his cell number in case I had a question and texted me promptly when it was done. Very pleased.

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2015 Silverado from Courtesy Chevrolet in 2016. In 2025, while preparing to trade it in, a Carfax pulled by another dealer revealed the truck had been in a pretty serious accident affecting both the front and rear of the vehicle, with an airbag deployment in early 2016 — months before my purchase. This was never disclosed by Courtesy at the time of sale. Airbag deployment is a major safety issue and should have disqualified it from being sold as a CPO vehicle. When I brought this to their at... read more
