Nick, my service rep was great. Good communication and good people skills. I was disappointed that I had to pay $250 to get the battery software recalibrated when it really should be covered by the 8 year battery warranty.
My experience with Kathleen at Mission Valley C courtesy Chevrolet was as professional as it could get I cannot say enough, how professional Kat was! In the past, the service department wanted me to leave my truck there for three days to diagnosed it I was very disappointed, but I do understand as I’m a project manager for a Painting company.
