The service department is slow as molasses! It took me about two weeks to get an appointment, and then it took them three weeks for the repair. All they did was install a new torque converter. That's the longest I've ever had my car in the shop. I'll never go back unless I have to. Several times when I called for a status update they didn't call me back. When I picked up my truck, I noticed that my steering wheel was no longer straight. It's tilted slightly to the left. It wasn't like that when I dropped it off. But I don't ... read more
