I’ve come here for years and honestly I hate coming here now. Since Chasidy has left, the customer service has entirely changed. Each time I speak with anyone in the service department (even with an appointment booked) they don't look at notes to acknowledge what is being serviced and are clueless to what is going on. The sad part is, for quite some time, I have chose to come here from out of town because in the past, I liked their service. I never minded the drive, but this will be my last time coming here.
