Called and was scheduled 4 times on 3 different days. Never showed up and when I contacted them, they apologized and said they would be there in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, I called another company and they were there in 45 minutes on time and did a very good job. Never calling Courtesy Care again.

Amazing service! Justin Mann and Diego Rodriguez did an outstanding job, very personable and professional. I would definitely use this service again, i made sure to leave them some breakfast before i left for work this morning. Just a couple caprisuns, bananas and apples. I dont know the receptionist ladies name but i want to give her a shout out as well for being so sweet and friendly on the phone. She understood my situation and gave me a very affordable quote. We are in the midst of a horrible disaster, the city sewer main backed up, a river of sewer shot like a firehouse out of the toilets, for 4 hours. I called the city 4 times, they weren’t in a hurry. One call to Courtesy Care, Justin and Diego showed up very quickly. It wasn’t their job to wade into ongoing sewer flooding, but they saw my husband and I fighting a losing battle and did it anyway.
