Amazing service! Justin Mann and Diego Rodriguez did an outstanding job, very personable and professional. We are in the midst of a horrible disaster, the city sewer main backed up, a river of sewer shot like a firehouse out of the toilets, for 4 hours. I called the city 4 times, they weren’t in a hurry. One call to Courtesy Care, Justin and Diego showed up very quickly. It wasn’t their job to wade into ongoing sewer flooding, but they saw my husband and I fighting a losing battle and did it anyway.
