Not going to lie - when I found myself seeing water come up out of the floor, literally had no clue what to do and my anxiety kicked into overdrive. I had scheduled with them for a Monday, when they didn't show up, I called. They said it was for Tuesday. So Tuesday I waited, then got a phone message that they had a big job. So guess my little carpet cleaning isn't important enough. Found someone else.

Called and was scheduled 4 times on 3 different days. Never showed up and when I contacted them, they apologized and said they would be there in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, I called another company and they were there in 45 minutes on time and did a very good job. Never calling Courtesy Care again.
