Awesome customer service!! I recently purchased a Buick Envista, and I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Bradley Young. Mr. Bradley was very helpful during the whole process and patiently answered all my questions. He wasn't pushy at all, which I really appreciated. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I found the manager to be rude a bit disrespectful when negotiating. Calling me asking if money was really going to make a difference was distasteful and almost made me want to leave on principal. Also, he never took the time to leave his office but had a lot of time to play on his phone and stare. Sales person was ok.
