I was cold called by Elijah, a sales rep for the Courtesy dealership, due to a reference he received. He seemed very nice on the phone and very intelligent. Only giving this poor rating because of the over the phone customer service I’ve received the past few weeks. I’ve been in the process of refinancing my vehicle so I’ve called a few times to get information and a refund. Today alone, I placed 4 calls (over the span of 1/2 a business day) to the finance department before successfully getting someone on the phone.
