I will never own another GMC. Vehicle is great but this service department is terrible! There is an issue wit every visit and they cannot keep employees. You deal with a different person every time. ONCE, my "service advisor" left for lunch and never went back! It took them hours to call me back with an update... ON AN OIL CHANGE.
The vehicle reception was quick and efficient, as well as the diagnosis and repair. Furthermore, the repair clearly fixed the problem, and the final bill was true to the estimate.
